Who are RMBL Investments?

 

RMBL Investments Limited is the Responsible Entity of the RMBL Mortgage Income Investment Fund (RMBL Fund). The RMBL Fund is a contributory mortgage fund, where Investors in the Fund invest into a specific loan, rather than a pool of loans. Each loan is secured by a registered first mortgage held in RMBL’s name on trust for the Investors in the loan.

 

The qualified team at RMBL have a depth of knowledge that has allowed the company to operate for over 60 years. Who can invest in the RMBL Fund?

 

The Target Market for the RMBL Fund is described in the Target Market Determination (TMD) for the Fund, available on RMBL’s website.

 

The Fund is open to both retail and wholesale investors and current investors include professional investors, family trusts, young savers, retirees, superannuation funds, estates caring for dependants, churches and charities-to name a few.

 

Type of investment:

 

Investment is into a specific loan, as outlined in a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS) provided to you before your funds are invested into the loan.  Your written consent is also required prior to investment.

 

Interest rates are variable and determined by risk, having regard to a number of different factors, including the size of the loan facility, the Borrower’s attributes and history with RMBL, whether the loan contemplates a development proposal, and the risks involved with the specific loan and/or underlying security property/ies.

 

Interest is paid monthly and there are no fees for Investors.

 

How to begin investing with RMBL:

 

You must first read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the Fund, which is available on RMBL's website to decide if the Fund is right for your circumstances, needs and objectives.

 

You then need to complete the Application form, which can be completed online or in paper format. We can provide an Application Form to you when you visit our office as well as obtain copies of your identification documentation, required before you can invest.

 

After successful application to RMBL, your funds are placed into a Trust Account and RMBL will provide you with a SPDS and Consent Form for each loan offered to you. Once RMBL receives your consent to a loan, it will move your funds from the Trust Account to the loan and you will begin to earn interest at the applicable interest rate from that date.


An initial investment of $10,000.00 (or a lesser amount at the discretion of RMBL) is required and you can split your funds across a number of different loans (for example, if you invest $100,000, you may choose to invest in $25,000 amounts into different loans).

 

There are no fees or commission payable by Investors. All fees are payable by borrowers. Details of the Fees payable by Borrowers are included in the PDS.
